1. Introduction
Welcome to Iqra Academy of Quranic Studies (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website iqraaqs.org and participation in our online educational programs. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before enrollment.
2. Services
We offer online Qur’an recitation, Tajweed, Hifz (memorization), Islamic studies, and Arabic language courses. Our classes may be conducted live or through recorded sessions, depending on the course structure. We reserve the right to modify or update course content, instructors, or schedules as necessary.
3. Registration and Student Accounts
Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Accounts or access credentials must not be shared with others. Misuse of account access, false registration, or disruptive conduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.
4. Course Fees and Payments
- Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) through Paytm Payments Business.
- Some courses require one-time payment, while others may follow a monthly plan.
- Certain courses may include a separate registration or admission fee, which will be clearly stated during enrollment.
- Students are responsible for ensuring timely payment to maintain access to classes and course materials.
5. Refund Policy
If a student is unsatisfied with a course, a refund may be requested within 3 days of joining. The refund will be processed within 48 hours after approval.
Refunds are not applicable if the student has already completed a substantial portion of the course or accessed all class materials and recordings. After 3 days from joining, all fees become non-refundable.
6. Course Conduct and Etiquette
- Students are expected to maintain Islamic etiquette, respect, and discipline during classes and communications.
- Abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward teachers or peers is strictly prohibited.
- Class recordings, notes, and materials are for personal educational use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
- Unauthorized sharing or misuse of materials is considered a serious violation and may result in permanent termination of access without refund.
7. Course Materials and Copyright
All course content, including live and recorded sessions, notes, PDFs, and visual materials, are the intellectual property of Iqra Academy of Quranic Studies. Reproduction, resale, public sharing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
Limited sharing for educational or dawah purposes is permitted only if:
- It is done with prior permission from the Academy, and
- Proper credit is given to “Iqra Academy of Quranic Studies.”
Any violation of this clause will be treated as a serious and non-forgivable offense.
8. Certificates
Certificates of completion or achievement may be issued by Iqra Academy of Quranic Studies upon successful completion of applicable courses. Certificates are provided at the discretion of the Academy and do not constitute a formal teaching license unless explicitly stated.
9. Minors
Our courses are open to learners of all ages. Students under 18 years of age should participate under parental guidance or consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide accurate and beneficial Qur’anic education in accordance with authentic teachings of Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jama‘ah. However, we are not liable for:
- Interruptions due to internet, technical issues, or third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Differences in scholarly interpretation or personal misunderstanding of course content.
- Any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability of services or website.
Students use our website and classes at their own discretion and responsibility.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
12. Governing Law
All courses, payments, and legal matters are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
